Most Zooy Vape models have LED indicators. If the light blinks rapidly or shows red, the battery needs charging. Connect to a Type-C charger for 30-45 minutes.
Zooy Vapes are draw-activated. Take a slow, steady puff. If using a button-activated model like the Zero 45000, ensure you're pressing the button while inhaling.
Check the airflow holes at the bottom of the device. Use a toothpick to gently clear any debris. Ensure the mouthpiece isn't blocked by pocket lint or condensation.
If the device was exposed to extreme cold or heat, let it return to room temperature (20-25°C) before use. The safety features may have activated to protect the battery.
Device won't charge or charging indicator not working
Use a dry cotton swab or compressed air to clean the Type-C port. E-liquid residue or dust can prevent proper connection. Be gentle to avoid damage.
Use a quality Type-C cable rated for at least 2A. Some cheap cables don't support the fast charging capabilities of Zooy devices. Try the cable with another device to verify it works.
Ensure your power adapter outputs at least 5V/2A. Computer USB ports may not provide enough power. Use a wall adapter for best results.
Experiencing burnt, chemical, or unpleasant flavors
If you've been chain vaping, the coil may be overheated. Let the device rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the wick to re-saturate with e-liquid.
Verify your device is authentic using our authenticity guide. Counterfeit products often have poor-quality e-liquid that tastes burnt or chemical.
Store your Zooy Vape upright in a cool, dry place. Extreme temperatures or leaving it in direct sunlight can degrade the e-liquid quality.
E-liquid leaking from device or spitting into mouth
Always store your Zooy Vape upright. Laying it on its side can cause e-liquid to pool in the airflow chamber, leading to leaks or spitting.
Gently tap the device on a paper towel to remove excess condensation. You can also blow through the device (without inhaling) to clear liquid from the airway.
Avoid leaving your device in hot cars or cold environments. Temperature fluctuations can cause the e-liquid to thin out and leak.
